Preparation for Worship
Leader: O God, you pour out the Spirit of grace and love, deliver us from cold hearts and wandering thoughts, that with steady minds and burning zeal we may worship you in spirit and truth. Amen.
Call to Worship | Revelation 15
Leader, Great and marvelous are your deeds, Lord God Almighty.
People: Just and true are your ways, King of the nations.
Leader: Who will not fear you, Lord, and bring glory to your name?
People: For you alone are Holy, all nations will come and worship before you.
Prayers of Adoration
Spend a few minutes praising God. You could just invite people to say words out loud that characterize God and His care for us, or thank for who He is and what He has done for us.

Leader: Forgive us our sins, O Lord.
Forgive us the wins of our youth and the sins of our age, the sins of our soul and the sins of our body, our secret and our whispering sins, our presumptuous and our careless sins.
Forgive us the sins we have done to please ourselves, and the sins we have down to please others.
Forgive us the sins that we know, and the sins that we know not. Forgive them, O Lord; forgive them all because of your great goodness, through Jesus Christ, our Lord, Amen.
