What to Expect

Welcome Center

At Fairview, you will experience a traditional, Christ-centered, scripture-based worship service, with robust contemporary singing and music .

When you enter the church you will be warmly greeted by one of our greeters. Please introduce yourself and mention that you are new to Fairview. After the service please be sure to visit Guest Central to speak with one of our Guest Welcomers to introduce yourself and to ask any questions you may have. A folder containing Fairview Presbyterian Church information is available. There is a Guest Parking space to the left of the front entrance.

Perhaps you have driven by our beautiful, historic church on the corner and are curious about who we are. Or, maybe you have been or are a member of another church, and are seeking to renew or strengthen your faith in Christ Jesus, regardless of where you are in your personal walk of faith…you are always welcome at Fairview.

Accessibility

Fairview provides people with disabilities access to the church by way of an entrance ramp at the side door on the right side of the church. As you enter the hallway, the foyer and elevator to the Sanctuary are to the left. There are four handicapped parking spaces on the church's right side parking area.

Floor Plan

The church sanctuary is located on the second floor. As you enter the front doors coming into the foyer, there are two stairways, one on the left and one on the right. Both lead to the Sanctuary. There is an elevator to the left in the Foyer to the sanctuary. The nursery, church offices, Sunday school classes and fellowship hall are reached through the hallway in the back of the foyer. Further directions can be obtained at the Welcome Center.

Communion

Communion is served on the first Sunday of each month and on Maundy Thursday during Holy Week. Any adult who professes a faith in Jesus Christ and any baptized child under the guidance of their parents may participate.

Music

Music at Fairview combines beloved hymns, sacred choral music, contemporary praise songs and worshipful choruses for a blended service. If you are not familiar with the songs, words to all music are provided each Sunday.
