StewardsHip Campaign for 2019 is under way

As we joyfully move forward to an exciting new phase in the life and work of Fairview, it is especially important for each member to support the church and its mission. Each member's time, talent and financial support will be critical as we seek to grow and serve at the next level. December 9th is Consecration Sunday, when we present our 2019 financial pledges.

A Snippet of Reformed Doctrine // The Shorter Catechism

Q48. What are we specifically taught in the first commandment by the words before me?
A. The words before me in the first commandment teach us that God, who sees everything, notices and is very offended by the sin of having any other god.

Q49. What is the second commandment?
A. The second commandment is:You shall not make for yourself an idol in the form of anything in heaven above or on the earth beneath or in the waters below. You shall not bow down to them or worship them, for I, the LORD your God, am a jealous God, punishing the children for the sin of the fathers to the third and fourth generation of those who hate me, but showing love to a thousand {generations} of those who love me and keep my commandments.

Small Group Studies

Advent Study // Tuesday Morning Women’s Study

Starting November 27th the Tuesday Morning Bible Study will take a break from our current book, The Word of the Lord, to read and discuss Christmas Sermons written by James Montgomery Boice. If you would be interested in joining us for this four week discussion please contact Bernie Hughes or call 610-715-8201 so books can be ordered in time for the first meeting.

New Name... New Book
